Frugal on the road: Model 3 impresses in consumption and range

When it comes to efficiency, the Model 3 plays to its strengths. Measured values of around 13.5 kWh per 100 kilometers are among the best in its class and, in everyday use, deliver high ranges at manageable electricity costs. The ADAC also attests that Tesla offers a lot of range for the money in a recent comparison. The charging behavior, on the other hand, is viewed critically: despite the good consumption figures, the charging power in some situations turns out to be weaker than expected. Anyone who drives a lot of long distances should factor this point into their trip planning. For frequent drivers and the efficiency-conscious, the Model 3 thus remains one of the most economically sensible options among electric cars.
